We chose this hotel specifically because we had a late flight and needed a guaranteed midnight check-in. Before booking, we called to confirm they could accommodate us. Right before boarding our flight, we reconfirmed our 3-room booking with the receptionist, keeping her fully updated on our delay. She acknowledged everything and assured us we were set. However, when we landed in Seattle at midnight and called to give a final heads-up, we were told they had no rooms available. The night receptionist was completely different from the one we spoke to earlier and took zero accountability. Leaving a group stranded at midnight after multiple explicit confirmations is unacceptable. This place suffers from a severe lack of communication and basic discipline. Avoid HomeTowne Studios if you actually want a guaranteed place to sleep.

The atmosphere

Everything is the way any hotel stay should be very warm home feeling great staff greeted very friendly booking in peaceful atmosphere I have no complaints and would recommend to people to experience 🙂 themselves to understand what I'm saying I will always come back to the love that is shared at home town studios and the wonderful lady at the front desk you do an amazing job hope you are there every time I rent a room

I checked out the very first morning. The area seemed dangerous, the neighbor was yelling, and the front door was flimsy
