It's a convenient location.The pictures online make it look like it's a pretty nice looking place. If the place was truly usable, it would be a great value. However, they do charge you a hundred dollar refundable.Deposit that you have to wait 7 to 10 business days to get.

This was supposed to be a nice little getaway out of the norm for my wife and I got to the hotel was pretty disappointed in what the pictures make it look like.And what it actually is. Got checked in and ended up switching rooms because I am handicapped and stated that I needed a bathtub in which I did that online through you guys as well as in person. When I was checking in and I got to my room and it was a shower in which I am not capable of standing in for long enough. Then, when my wife went to take a bath in the new room, there was no hot water. It was barely even warm. And by the time it got down into the tub, it was cold. It wouldn't even been warm enough for a shower. So I called the front desk, told them there is no hot water and they said that they had people coming to work on the water.The next day, which does me no good.Anyways. none of this was disclosed at check in. My wife had to go elsewhere to take a bath and ended up calling me and said that. There's no point in coming back. And I tried to see if I could take a shower and could not. I told the front desk that I wanted to check out. And I wanted a refund because this was unacceptable. They told me I had to take that up with booking.com. so I need to know who to talk to get a refund for this.

Room was secluded, but had bad hot water, had to take Luke warm showers for the 4 days we stayed there but room was cool enough to not complain about it

When we checked out, I didn't like the leaving part.
