There was no breakfast that I was aware of.

Weekly linen changes instead of every 2 weeks. In my 30 day stay, my bed sheets were only changed once.

It was clean and quiet. No vagrants, unlike the "Studio 6" Motel 6 in South Tacoma.

No ice machine. No coffee maker. No kitchen utensils of any kind because this was a "residence" hotel and apparently no kitchen gear of any kind is provided. They do have coffee in the lobby, at least in the morning.

It was clean and the lady's worked with us on the price .

I didn't like all the noise at night time, lots of it. And didn't like the office to run out of coffee to early .
