Very dirty, bugs, ended up not even going back the second night and requested a refund. Should not even have this property as an option!

I spent all day long working to make that money for that hotel room. So that me and my son could have a nice place to stay for the night. I could not in all good conscience. Let my child stay in that it was disgusting. It is a slim bill. And the first 2 rooms that they put me in the rooms were open and I'm pretty sure it's because they are frequented by prostitutes and that's disgusting, and there is nothing but disgusting. People hanging out on the deck smoking in their dogs and when I was told I couldn't have my uncomfortable and we were given the wrong Room 3 times in a row and then the last room I was so discussed. The smell was like nothing I've ever smelled before. I don't know what that was but I couldn't let my son even stand in there for a second. It was just disgusting, so then we of course didn't get our refund right away. I've had to wait and wait and wait. And just learned finallee that I had to call you to get my refund. Well, you're not letting me call you because you won't give me your number. Now I'm staying in my car. Thanks a lot. Thanks. For that. I'd like my refund now please god

Liked the check in process being very fast. However, everything else was off and didn’t meet expectations. For example, the room seemed dirty and smelly and had bugs all over. Overall, disappointed.

Clean

My room smelled like smoke, even though it was a non-smoking room. I tried to use the bathroom sink and it started flooding all around the faucet area. There were people outside of my room, digging through the bin for cigarette butts I could smell marijuana around the walkways. People were just walking around randomly there were no cups. I could not open my door and I had to push it hard with my foot every time I was going in and out and so I requested a different room for the second night and it was a little bit better. The refrigerator ran nonstop and it was very loud. I had just moved out of my house and needed a place to stay for peace and quiet and to catch up on my sleep and I was not able too

The staff was friendly.

It was dirty, run down and full of bugs. There were at least 3 different kinds of bugs. The one I found in the bed in the morning was identified by google as a bed bug.

It was older than the pictures and in somewhat disarray. One room was dirty. Toilet backed up and flooded my room. TV was malfunctioning. On the other hand, when i did report the problem, they got on it right away. Bed was comfortable and bed covers clean. The whole place needs upgraded.

Fantastic staff, clean rooms. You get a lot for what you pay for here. Always a pleasant experience.
