This room was disgusting the furniture was duct taped together there was cigarette burns in the blankets. There was finger prints everywhere. Hair on the bedding. The bathroom has soap and tooth paste all around it.

The card I used to get room and my deposit went on got hacked right after I checked it on a different agenda so I had to get a diff card so when they refunded my deposit it went to a canceled card they won't resend my deposit to my new card I offered to come in with my ID to prove and they refused

The property is generally quiet even if it's close to a main street in the city. The staff are great and friendly, they are always willing to help. The linens and the towels are clean, and the entire room as well. Just be careful of the some dog poop on the ground, as some guests probably let their dogs poop there. I will still give them an excellent review despite that.

Staff was so new they were incompetent; they should not have been working without more experienced help. No information by staff or room on how to access WiFi. How to find the elevator to 3rd floor was not communicated or clearly marked. No toilet paper in the unit.

When we arrived we noticed the lock on the door was missing and the door wouldn't close right. So we informed the front desk. They said they would send someone to fix it the next day, nothing. We told the maid the next day since she noticed and she got on the walkie talkie to tell front staff and someone on it said "oh is it room zzz? Yea they've been bitching about the door". Which I get we weren't meant to hear but it's still wildly unprofessional. They eventually "fixed" the door, but then it wouldn't close when we closed it so we contacted them yet again and they finally did fix it but not before one of the maids left our room door wide open. And almost every single day I had to go get the keys redone because you cannot go in stores with them, or put it near your phone, a microwave, or a credit card. Idk where they expect you to put it. And the front desk woman seemed to get tired of us trying to get into our room and her needing to spend 10 seconds fixing the keys. The faucets also leaked any time they were put on. And the shower head also sprang water. Overall I wouldn't recommend this place. Oh and the wifi didn't work. We didn't bother telling the front desk cuz if they can't get a door fixed timely, why are they gonna fix the wifi.

An okay looking property. The door to the bathroom was too tall there was constantly in contact with the floor and very hard to close. The bedding was stained or had cigarette burn marks. The people who stay over the long term were very loud and not clean. They threw cigarettes butts directly onto walkways. We saw some of their kids hanging off the walkway.

The bedspread had stains all over it. Not just one place. The sheets were grimy, had not been changed. The front door did not shut completely because you could see light around it. The security staff walked up and down the corridor at night, talking loudly. When I got up at 2am, one of them was standing by the elevator with an 8" knife in his hand. The unit smelled heavily of smoke. When I complained, I was told it was the resident downstairs. Overall worst place to stay ever.

I did not stay the night. It was not clean, nor did I feel safe. The accommodations were so deplorable that I left within minutes of arriving and had to rent at another Hotel in the area, as I live out of state. I would appreciate a refund, but doubt I am allowed to receive one.

I liked that my room was in the back, but I could hear everyone above me and outside in the middle of the night and early hours of the morning just about every night
