Smart TV 32 inch, good wifi, center of the city

Disadvantages: Hot water is not available for bathing. Although 24-hour hot water is mentioned as being provided via a solar heater, it is only warm and not hot. It would be better to provide a geyser or water heater in the bathroom for use as needed, allowing guests to adjust the water temperature according to their preference. A complimentary breakfast was also provided outside the hotel. Charged extra for room from booking price

Staff behaviour at reception hall and service team, will always disturb without any reason mocking the door in late night

Manager was theif ,he charged us 300 for no reason. Didn't give us original bill

The staff was okay to deal with

Cleanliness was not really good , the WC was not properly cleaned, not even single box of tissue paper was provided. The pillows were unhygienic.

Neat and clean and location. Breakfast was best from restaurant 5 shops away.

Staff could be better. Asked for water and he said we have already given you free . Ok I still need it charge no problem but shut the phone.
