Location is excellent. Each and every member of the staff is well-trained and go beyond their call of duty. Ever ready to help and suggest. Truly dedicated.

Since its on the main road - the din is high. Located above the noisy Empire hotel, the rooms seems stuffy for first time traveller. However, the price point is correct and works best for a short layover. If they introduce 24 hr heck-in and checkout it will become more travel-friendly
