Quality Inn Edmund Pettus Bridge area

The hotel room was spacious and very close to Walmart.

The room was extremely dirty. The tub and the toilet was filthy like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. It was nearly an empty tissue roll from the last guest left in the bathroom (I had to go to the front desk and get more). There was only one big towel and one small towel. I honestly think when the guest before me checked out they only changed the bedding and left everything else how it was. Thank goodness I was only here for one night. Also the hotel is not handicap accessible you’ll have to walk up 16 steps. They only do military discount on Weekdays.

Location is on Hwy with loud trucks all night long. Guests were loud all night going in & out of rooms causing slamming doors. Beds were uncomfortable. Bathroom light did not work. I didn’t feel safe staying at the location. Instant coffee machine was terrible. How hard is it to make/serve real coffee?

Not clean. Odor in room. Doors slamming and noisy late. Microwave area nasty and microwave didn't work properly. Shower was a wand connection that was off center and about 4.5 foot high.

The beds were very comfortable, clean sheets and fairly clean environment.

The floor was full of water when walked into our room, someone had turned the refrigerator off and the water was all over the floor. We had to be moved to another room.
