Quality Inn Edmund Pettus Bridge area

They gave my room away!! I had booked the room and we were late getting there, AND THEY GAVE MY ROOM AWAY!! I didn’t like anything about this hotel!

The location was easy to get to. The area was safer than other areas we visited. You can walk to Walmart next door.

Price was a bit high.

The shade over the window helped block all the light. The nightlight was a nice touch to the room.

The property was not kept well in the lobby but the rooms are not be being cleaned properly. Our tub/shower was dirty . We had an unclean toilet when we arrived . It was not a good look only reason we stayed was because of the price . The staff was nice

My shower was not clean nor was the toilet clean, paper left on my bathroom floor from previous person who stayed soap wrapper. You need to have staff do a way better job at cleaning rooms especially the toilet and tub.

Perfect for a short getaway — clean, quiet, and excellent service.

Being close to Sardis, Walmart ,I like the floor renovation

The same old Breakfast!! Change it up..put some umbrella table chairs in the filled in pool area,.that can't be removed spiff it up more ,you renovated the floors but check the bathrooms ,go to other hotels stay a night check out their room decor..get ideas..I like staying at Quality Inn when I come to Selma, just don't run us to Holiday Inn or the Hamptons

The staff was awesome. They made sure we was comfortable and all our needs was met.

Very comfortable bed with silky soft sheets. Shower had good pressure, lots of hot water, a free-flowing drain and handy dispensers for shampoo and conditioner (would be nice if they would add body wash). Plenty of space around the sink to set toiletries. Loved the wood floor—so much more sanitary than carpet. Vicki, Mia and Vonda at the front desk were all very helpful.

Cigarette smoke came through the vent from the next room into our bathroom. Lots of yelling in the hallway after 11:00pm. It’s unfortunate that the behavior of other guests lowered the rating.
