Infinity Inn & Suites

It was ok

Used to be Ramada Inn, now its Infinity. Pool was open and was nice. Shower head sucked. But room and bed were nice!

I didn’t like anything I the hotel

Worst place I’ve ever booked. I was thinking of not staying at all the second night but felt too tired to drive 5 hours to get home.

The hotel states free breakfast it was not had to pay breakfast every morning for four days the rooms are ok they can use better cleaning and shower was kinda dirty

The customer service was great

Bed sheets appeared clean, had a cigarette burn through sheets. Bathroom was filthy, tub and shower curtain had not been cleaned in multiple stays. I wore my sandals in the shower. 2 hand towels, no bath towels. The hotel is behind a strip club, do with that information what you will. Entrance to room is from outside like a motel. The staff at the front desk was nice and check in went smoothly. Other than that, i wouldnt stay here again.

No tissue in the room. Breakfast included was snacks. Would not give an extended check out when the check in was midnight. Tried saying they were fully booked but i checked and they were not. Tried to get a printed receipt feom them and they refused

Is dirty

The tv shut off in its own the first night and the next morning I went for coffee in the lobby at 7am and there was none. No coffee in the room.
