Infinity Inn & Suites

The building and rooms are very run down. Bathroom door is splitting, ceiling is bubbled, furniture old and leaning. Ice machine looks like it hasnt been working for years.Sits behind a Cabaret and feels like this hotel might be a place used after their hours.

Very dirty and run down.

The staff member up front was amazing! I dont always leave reviews. But i couldnt pass it up this time. Staff amazing, friendly, helpful, kind, and prompt. I would definitely stay here again!

Not great, but not horrible. I have definitely stayed in worse. The people were nice the bed was fair, shower needed work.

Area was getto. In back of a gentleman’s club😢 I asked for extra towels and the attendant requested I bring the used towels before he would give me knew ones😭. comparable to a Motel 6

The hotel is not clean. We immediately knew this was a bad idea when we walked into the lobby. It was not clean and kept up. The elevator was not clean and old. We smelled pot as we got to our room. Our room was above the main door to the lobby. The lights were bright and you could hear the cars and their speakers going at night. The room was not cleaned well. The door was falling apart. The overall feel was dirty. Luckily, we had to get up early for a flight so we could get out. Do not stay at this hotel. The picture they show is not what the hotel looks like. All rooms are accessed from the outside. The geounds are not weel kept. Do not staybhere.

Getting towels was pulling teeth with them

It was a terrible hotel that I booked for 2 nights and regret. There was nothing in the room but beds, tv, a chair, lamps. The toilet wouldn't flush completely so by the time we left it was horrible. There were no kleenix, no cups. If you wanted ice, you had to go to the front desk and ask for ice. The breakfast was a to go bag of muffins granola bars (and as my granddaughter said "warm sunny D". No coffee It was very disappointing. When you read Ramada, you think of a very nice hotel chain. This was not a nice start to our stay in Arizona. I will have a hard time booking through Hotels.com again. I trusted this site to give us reliable hotels that are nice.

Obviously the room was just touched up, NOT, cleaned!! Half inch gap on side of the door, had to prop the sofa again it!! HUGE disappointment!
