Hotel website is a lie. No breakfast. Pool and hotub not heated, property poor condition. Photos not reflective of current condition on the property and rooms. Internet spotty at best, TV cable not working, non working hair dryers, bathroom in poor condition. Disappointing hotel

This place doesn’t look like the pictures online and is noisy and dirty. Room smells like weed.

NONE of the amenities listed are correct. No fitness center, no breakfast, no ice machines, no laundry.

Incredibly dirty in all facets. All areas were filthy. The check in process was long and suspect. The door to our room did not lock so we ended up leaving. The poorest experience i ever had.

We stayed there for my dads memoriall. But I won’t be staying there again. Half the power outlets didn’t work, fridge didn’t work, the bed was hard, the room was rundown, towels where like sandpaper.

The worst hotel we have ever stayed in. We expected to come and have a relaxing weekend. Upon arrival we were charged a$100 deposit. We also went to check in a little early and they wanted to charge us for an early check in. There were no perks or amenities: No ironing board No Kleenex No breakfast Pool and hot tub was chained and locked Fitness center was temporarily closed Laundry was temporarily closed No ice machine that functioned Cleaning services were only offered every 3 days. We had to ask for towels each day and they were as hard as sand paper. The shower did not drain till after you were out. We paid too much money to just sleep and received absolutely Nothing!!

Room was filthy, shower control broken and unservicable. I have never been in a hotel with a dislocated and rust covered microwave door. Refrigerator didnt work so they put ziplock bag of ice inside to kee it cold. Place should be condemned

No cups, coffee maker in rooms. Beds were horrible and there were absolutely no blankets at all. Rooms were very dirty including toilet. They gave us one room at first which was even more dirtier smelling of cigarettes which made me sick. Shower was broken. Asking for more towels the second morning, they asked us to return the towels before they even gave us more. Refrigerator door was literally falling off and not operable spoiling my leftovers. Pool was disgusting which was why we even went there. Staff laughed at us when we brought up the concerns upon checking out. False advertising online

This hotel had everything out of service. Their fitness room and laundry room were out of service until further notice. Their hot tub was not hot. The property had very old furniture that was falling apart. The bed did not have a blanket, only two bedsheets. When we asked for a blanket, we were given an old blanket with blue stains and a cigarette burn on it. The room did not have a hair dryer, I had to request one. We weren't happy with this hotel at all.
