"Great location!!"

Loved the location! Great price. Clean and well equipped.

The bed was not very comfortable. Could really use a new mattress and a better pillow.

"Would be excellent if beds and windows were updated"

Full kitchenette with dishes and hot plate, microwave, kettle. Very handy. Clean. Good water pressure in the shower. Close to things. Good communication.

The beds were possibly the most uncomfortable beds ever made. Hard to sleep without waking up every few hours to reposition. Windows have never been updated, so they block rain but don’t block any noise. Even people just talking normally on the street can be heard.

"I enjoyed the room a lot, liked the closeness to the sea, the Douro and the historical sights."

Small nice room, clean. The Owner helped me to bring my suitcase up the stairs. I brought earplugs given the closeness to a very busy street. Since I Stayed longer, I was very happy there was a small supermarket basically around the corner.

The Stairs, but it is an old house.
