I was told that I should pay for my service dog but that they would "make an exception." That's illegal. I was also woke up before the sun to the serenade of a garbage truck collecting the dumpster. Perhaps some sound proofing could be done? Or save the rooms near the dumpsters for last use as the parking lot was empty

Unfriendly manager caused issues for no reason

Fast service, clean and good Smelling room.

Not enough towels for showering. There was only two medium ones for 3 adults and a child.

Location is nice hot showers

Bed was rough door didn't lock all way asked for bottom floor due to disability and they put me up stairs no where on booking.com does it say there's a 100$ deposit

Location, front desk staff was rude, place wasnt up to par

Where do I start? When I came to check in it was late, I came in and stood at the window waiting for someone to comes I waited for 5 minutes before I pulled up the number and called. It was then someone came from what seemed like under the desk. He was there the whole time asleep or not paying attention. Then my keycard didn’t work immediately and I came back to office and he told me to try it again by tapping it like I’m an idiot. At the point i tried to explain that it just blinked a red light when I try. He seemed annoyed at me and finally reprogrammed the card. THEN at 1 am there were multiple people outside on the balconies on their phones smoking marijuana. Then when I finally got in the room it smelt absolutely horrendous like someone had been smoking cigarettes in the room. The bedsheets of one of the beds had a blood stain on the visible part; it wasn’t even attempted to be hid. I had to go buy odor eliminating spray for coat Al everything in the room to be able to sleep on the second night because I didn’t sleep at all the first night. When I went to shower, I popped the seat of the accessible shower up and the bottom was almost completely coated in mold. There also was the requirement of the $100 deposit after I had already paid for the room in advance. Normally that would be fine but the fact that the room was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had really upsets me and makes me fearful they will try to keep the deposit and blame all the stuff on me.
