Staff was helpful with any questions, and most of them are kind.

A few people live here and get noisy during nightfall.

The location

The front desk refused to give me a second key card. I had been there the week before and they were hesitant to give me a second key card then. They said they were low on cards the time before. But claimed they were getting more Monday. Apparently they didn't. I was very upset by this. I reserved the room online for 2 people. I am paying for 2 key cards. I don't understand why this is a recurring problem. I may not go back if that's how it's going to be.

Nothing it was customer service was very rude.

Parking lot is well lit at night room was clean plenty of shops and restaurants near by

Umm our first room was immaculate but the 2nd had a funny smell did not like that

Todo muy bien Pero está muy mal que no puedas cancelar tu reservación gratis que tenga que cobrarte aunque no ocupes la habitación y aunque canceles. Eso está mal

Que me cobraron 236 dólares por tres noches que cancele la reservación y aún así me cobraron no me an resuelto eso

It was ok for what it was, a place to sleep while an a weekend getaway. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. There are a lot of extended stays though, so lots of groups hanging around outside and public space trash cans were overflowing with empty alcohol bottles. We weren't bothered by anyone, just made it a little uncomfortable late at night coming and going. There were plenty of cameras fed to the office though. Be prepared, there is a $50 deposit required when you checkin.
