Clean it, found 4 broken finger nails,no towels,was told I had to go get my own at the office! Only ice location was in the office! My room was on the second level with no elevator, and the office was in a different building!

The room was unbelievably dirty. Everything was covered in dust. Aside from the wash cloths the towels were all dirty including a muddy hand print on one. The sheets were stained. The fitted sheet had a clear cigarette burn in it not to mention the pillows smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. And on top of all that the tv was broken clearly someone had thrown something at it.

I didn’t take a shower for 4 days because I saw 2 roaches and was afraid they would jump on me while showering. They changed/cleaned my room every other day, which was fine.
