Red Roof Inn Lexington

I didn't like the morning staff or one of the evening staff they where rude disrespectful and showed their racism proud. I have never been so insulted in my life. I would like to see this staff at this facility trained on customer service. I went to put my belongings into my car and told staff I was coming back to gather my things and when I came back to my room my things was gone and the only way I knew my belongings was put in a dumpster, I am going thru a divorce and I been living in hotel for the last year so my things that was put in dumpster was all I owned, And , Hell know I didn't get in that nasty,filthy dumpster,What I'm about to do is file a lawsuit against this Red Roof in for discrimination, pain and suffering etc. So if I'm not contacted by someone in this cooperate office my suit will began . Have a wonderful day

Easy access to everything and didn’t hear any freeway noise despite being right next to it! There was always hot water and the toilet was separate from the sink so it made sharing the room with others easier

At times it smelled of cigarette smoke but not all the time

Room could have been cleaner, things needed repaired in the room, there should have been a chair and table to use in the room. There wasn't a freezer, people parked in our spot, Marijuana smoke was coming into our room and bums and derelicts were hanging around our area.

The lady at the front desk was friendly, kind, and helpful. There was reliable wifi and cable. No bedbugs

The room I got was nasty, got put in a second room and it was nasty, got put in a third room that was dirty but not to the extent of the other 2. Dirty and dusty surfaces, outdated. The beds were uncomfortable. The bathroom had hairs in the floor and back of the toilet. The shower curtain was dirty. The floors had visible dirt and debris and the walls and ceilings were dirty. Stains on sheets and pillows. Stains on the lamps and heating/cooling unit was dirty. I asked if I could get a refund so I could find another hotel but the front desk clerk was unable to refund it. That didn't leave me a lot of options so I stayed.
