The staff was incredibly rude!! I traveled from out of state so I was caught in traffic and I didn’t get checked into the hotel till 7:00! The hotel called MULTIPLE TIMES and basically harassed me to hurry up also made me pay prior to checking in to keep my room which I RESERVED! So no matter how late I was arriving my room should have still been reserved!! I wasn’t aware check out was at 11a.m. ! Granted that was on me for not fully looking into details but to continuously open the door while I’m stating “I’m undressed give me a minute” they continued to reopen the door and at the one point refused to let me keep the door closed! Mind you it was only like 11:05! I, myself nor my guest had on clothes! It’s ridiculous that I was treated in the manner! I would never recommend nor stay here again !

Multiple groups of people drinking and using drugs in the parking lot. Towels, sheets, and comforters were way too old.

Was in a rush, front desk agent kept stopping to play with her kids instead of checking me in. Room was clean. Area is sketchy. Couldn’t get tv to work.

While my stay at red roof was for only 2 nights the room itself was exactly what the online photo presented cleanliness and all. The staff had a willigness to help and great Customer Service is valued these days and times..upon my initial check in the television in my room wasnt working and 2 different male front desk clerks from different shifts as well as a male daytime manager couldn't resolve whatever the problem was. Upon stepping out on the 2nd days stay a female front desk clerk was also asked and presented with the television issue. After informing her of the other male coworkers who failed at getting me some television access she was given my room number and permission to go in when I returned later that evening my television was on and I told my husband it took 1 woman to do the job 3 men couldn't and smiled. That topped off my day. There is a coined washer and dryer available on site that I did use the front desk clerk had change for my one load it's currently $2 for each machine neither damaged or messed up any of our clothing as well as a snack machine but there are lots of stores and restaurants on that main road to where we didnt need to purchade from it. Overall any future return trips back home if I needed to get a room again I would definitely return and recommend others to get a room with them.
