Red Roof Inn Baton Rouge

The TV didn't work. there was no phone in the room. There were no cups or glasses in the bathroom. I will never stay at a red roof inn again!!!

The room smelled awful. The cleaning wasn't good. The towels were poorly washed. When I arrived, they wanted to charge me again.

I was able to lay down & shower

That the furniture chair was on top of the bed no iron. I asked the front desk & the housekeeping about it and I shouldn’t have to do that.

The staff was excellent. Excellent service. The staff assignment a room wasn’t ready, first impression the smell in the room was horrible. But the staff on charge fix the situation with proper service, and he apologized. The rest was excellent.

It was a good place to lay our heads down at night. I think we were one of five families staying there as the parking lot was empty.

There wasn’t any soap, body wash, or shampoo in the bathroom. We were locked out one of the nights and it took them awhile to let us back on.

Great place to stay. Pets are welcome too.
