The room was clean and comfortable.

No breakfast no coffee delayed check in because they were short staffed. Not enough towels and Wash cloths, key didn't work, no handicapped bars in bathroom, and this requested when booked.

The sheets has blood stains and it has holes from cigarettes they don’t have any shampoo and conditioner the bathroom was dirty

When I left the hotel

I had one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The bed sheets and towels were visibly dirty, and the room had a strong smell of Marijuana. Shockingly, the mattress had a blood stain approximately 5 centimeters in diameter. Although the receptionist did offer another room, it was just as bad — the same lack of cleanliness and unpleasant odor. We couldn’t sleep all night due to loud noises from other rooms and a constant sense of insecurity, fearing someone could enter at any moment. The entire environment was extremely unhygienic and unacceptable. We wasted our money and spent the following day exhausted due to the lack of rest. I honestly do not understand how Booking continues to list this hotel. It does not meet even the most basic standards of cleanliness and safety.

It was ok

The staff was nice, my room was changed due to the structural damage to the bathroom. Then the second room was dirty. The sheets and bed were stained. I have been driving from Florida and didn’t expect this. I’ve stayed at a red roof before and my experience was amazing. Unfortunately this time it wasn’t. From someone who’s withered from traveling. Very disappointing and sad. I had to sleep in my car at a truck stop.

I do not like the way the daytime desk clerk talks to guests, me included. What he doesn’t realize is when he belittles another employee to one of the guests, he is bringing the entire team down. It seems as though he is the only “bad seed”
