Affordable. Great location.

Smelled bad. Stains on sheets and towels. Sink and counter not clean.

The man at the front desk was very nice unfortunately that is the only good thing I can say about this property. I have stayed here in the past and even though it was a very no-frills hotel it was kept up well and was clean. It has taken a downhill turn since I had last stayed there two years ago the blanket was stained there was make up on the towels the walls were cracked. The shower curtain was d lrty even the switches on the lamps, and the faucet were rusty around the metal edges. It was very disappointing I also felt very unsafe. There were parties in the parking lot and someone knocked on my door at 3 AM. I do appreciate that they don’t have a pet fee and it was very convenient to where I was in the town, but I will not be able to stay here again.

Bed was comfortable.

First of all, after driving 13 hours and bad weather from Virginia, I was exhausted. My room was to be ready at noon, but they said I couldn’t get in till 3 PM. I was livid! Sat in my car for THREE hours waiting for them to get the room done. I’m 80 years old and this is totally unacceptable! Mold in some areas around the bathtub. It wasn’t black due to missing grout, as I was able to scrape some off with my nail file. Main light in room kept growing on by itself when I tried to sleep. I called the office and they put a cover over the light sensitive area. Could be an electrical problem. TV didn’t work in the morning when I woke up. I called the office and he offered to come to fix it, but I told them I was ready to leave, and it wasn’t necessary at that time. Will not stay at red roof again. I told my son who is coach for his daughter’s softball team and the other teams to avoid red roof inns in all their travels. Used to be the frequent place they would stay with the teams.
