"Run down but sweet workers"

Bathroom door doesnt close due to the position of the toilet. Dirty floors, bathtub is chipping away. Not a great room for the price i paid

Jessica was amazing she was so understanding about one situation but some of the other staff that worked the office were quite rude about making payments but also Genevieve was really kind to a long with the house keeping staff!

The room was so incredibly clean. Everything was in order and the beds were made to military standards (I am currently a U.S. ARMY active duty), so presentation and attention to detail is always high priority. Rachel, at the front desk, was so kind and the hospitality was superb. I drove 7hrs38min from green bay, wi to hear, expecting the bare minimum service. Not the case, truly superb customer service, definitely will come again and WILL recommend this wonderful establishment to family and friends. Thank you so much team!! The heater screams when it’s on. The bathroom is very gross, covered in rust and a toilet seat that isn’t attached. The staff isn’t very helpful. I have asked for clean sheets or clean towels a few times and they have yet to do it. Everytime I go in to get tp or a new towel I get berated with questions about it. Also tried to join their rewards program and the staff couldn’t assist with that either. Also the WiFi is garbage, I would upload pics but it can’t handle that.Place is close to my job and that is the only good thing.

"It was only one night, so it was fine."

I wasn’t told that there was a breakfast. I didn’t have any. I would have appreciated that. 😒

I could hear the tv in the next room. There was a group of people who were right outside my door that kept talking. They weren’t swearing or obnoxious, just laughing and talkative.
