"Disappoint in the accommodations but close to the college."

The location to the college.

The entire place need a good upgrade Inside the room and outside . The furniture was torn. The steps and railing up to the 2nd floor were uneven and splintering. Floors were never vacuumed & bathroom floor never mopped.

"Fortunately we had a weekend filled with graduation activities therefore we were not in the room long. We had no choice"

I did not like the property at all. It was old, unkept and run down. Our room was filthy and smelled of smoke. So much for a non-smoking room.

The floors in our room were wet when we arrived. I dried them with toilet paper. The paper was brown with filth when done. The floors were filthy and worn. We wore our shoes at all times in the room to avoid getting our feet and socks dirty. There were small particles of something in the bed. We had to brush the sheets off before getting in. I was very uncomfortable when in the room.

Called me the day of check in to let me know my card declined. Because- I wasn't AT the property CHECKING IN! How is this legal? When I chose "Pay AT Property?" So, my card was charged before i even checked into my room. I asked for 1st floor and got 2nd...The room was small and there were a couple of issues with it- such as: the light in the bathroom was dim and the fan was loud. The chair at the desk was broken and ripped up and the freezer needed defrosting...I wish I could add pics to this review. One last thing is that theres no smoking in the rooms- which i love, however, there isnt anywhere to put cigarette butts so theyre all over sidewalks and ground and get tracked into the room

Decent ish room. Loved the constant running fan. Needed for sleep! Shower was really hot. Things were clean

I couldn’t find facilities like ice. No breakfast included.

"Excellent"

Service desk worker was friendly. Room was everything expected for a quick overnight stay due to working out of town. Some items in the room was rusted (electrical) that should be looked at or changed out.
