Bedbugs

Do not come here. They won’t refund us. And we have switched rooms 4 times in one day. The first room smelled like cat pee, didn’t flush, and only hot water or cold water no in between. The second room the air conditioner kept popping and then the power went out, the third room had cockroaches of all sizes. We’re in the 4th now.. wish us luck tonight! Will be speaking to management in the morning again because this is outrageous!! Not the only one in the office complaining about bugs. And they want to book those rooms to someone else!

The power went out 30 minutes after i got there

the beds and lighting was ok. that it was close to alot of food places and the mall & other shopping stores.

Has Bed Bugs. if you ask to move ur room they won’t let you do it unless somebody approves it & if they don’t ur stuck in the same bed bug infested room.

They have bugs. Didn’t want to refund my money after checking in and discovering bugs.

It was clean and simple to book the room at the last moment.

needed extra blankets. the extra safety lock on the door was broken but the dead bolt was working so i felt safe enough. The door would not open at the first room. Went back to the lobby and received a second key card and that did not work. Not good since it was f...ing cold out. Got another room. In the end everything worked out and the lady at the front desk did her best to help me.

Need to be brought update

There are roaches. There’s guests letting kids run up and down the hall screaming from the top of their lungs. The staff is unprofessional. One of the staff will park his car in front of hotel windows blast music and smoke weed but says that the hotel is not marijuanna friendly. Roaches in the rooms and on the breakfast counter and coffee bar.
