I was not impressed at all!!! The floors, countertops and bathtub were filthy! The pillows were flat like they had no stuffing in them. Beds were very hard and uncomfortable. We were given one towel for two people. And when we asked for more towels we had to turn the one in to get another.

The room was modernized but dirty and poorly lit. If I knew that it was in this condition I would have never stayed here. The front desk staff was very helpful and very polite

"Dirty bathrooms and noisy"

Staff and being close to restaurants. The mall was not faraway

Could not get into room 231. Had to go to the office and wait for staff assistance. Staff could not get in either. Had to be moved to another building. Room 217 had a dirty refrigerator, sink, bathroom- floor, tub, and toilet, along with noisy residents and dogs barking.
