House keeping knocking on my door before 11am telling me to check out or go pay for more nights. Rude front desk people

Clean when I came in

My room don’t come with a fridge unless I pay extra money for a fridge.. that’s stupid .. I stay at red roofs all the time and never in my life had to pay extra for a room with a mini fridge !! They to money hungry for real!! It would’ve costed me $98 to stay a night to get a room with a fridge no thank u!! I done brought my son milk and food and it all went to waste smfh

The hotel needed to share batteries for the TV remote. From what I could tell, there was only one working remote and no extra batteries. The was an iron in my room but no ironing board and a coffee maker but no coffee pot. Which made the stay tepid at best.

"Dear Red Roof Inn Team, I'm writing to express my extreme disappointment with my recent stay. I was excited to return after speaking with a friendly staff member who helped resolve my request. However, the general manager I met was completely different. She had a rude attitude from the start, and her approach was unprofessional. When I asked for a room change due to my health needs, she was dismissive and disrespectful. Not to mention the room was filthy the floor was dirty the tables were filthy. She labeled me as a rude because I want her respect my boundaries I'm 60 years old I'm a senior she don't respect that!!!!!! I believe it's not just what you say, but how you say it that matters. I felt disrespected and unvalued. I asked her how she would feel if someone spoke to her mother that way, and I believe that's a fair question. A good general manager should strive to make guests feel welcome and respected. Given my long history with the hotel, I'm disappointed that my experience was so poor. First room smelled of stale smoke.. in a non smoking room. Went to switch rooms and got attitutde and excuses. Both rooms were old and had things broken. Never again

the bed was not clean

I killed 5 cockroaches within a couple of minutes of being in the room and kept seeing more, I left right away and booked a different hotel I’m waiting to be refunded, this property used to be decent for a cheap stay but obviously they have let things get bad
