Red Roof Inn Detroit - Warren

Never got in. I was told they couldn’t fine my reservation. I showed my reservation number but they said it didn’t matter we didn’t show up on their computer.

Don’t know, didn’t get in.

The property was a perfect location to where I needed to be in Detroit but the staff at night was the worst. If you do not prepay your room, regardless if you reserve on here. If someone comes in and pays. They give away your reservations, heard it from the New Managers mouth. I was lucky to still have mine when I arrived. But again, I got lucky. It’s sad my reservation meant nothing, it wasn’t pre-paid.

Dirty had roaches no towels very unprofessional no microwave no refrigerator used for living not for just luxury stay need all my money back couldn't sleep because the nats in the tub water wouldn't go down flys all in the room the worst night ever!!!!!!!

WiFi was weak no trash can tv was stuck on one channel.and a deposit that I knew nothing about until I got there.

The ac cover kept falling off. The ac didnt keep room cool enough. I asked for a first floor because disability. Unable to honor. Otherwise it was okay. But better same priced options in areas.

The tv and ac was broken it also had to fridge or microwave

The staff is professional, courteous, and responsive to requests. The housekeeping staff works very hard.
