"the worst thing that could have happened to me"

I never stayed there because the rooms are a pigsty.

It was in poor condition and the facilities were dirty; my room smelled horrible and the cleanliness was terrible.

Room smelled of smoke, no in-room coffee, cheap fixtures (towel rack fell off the wall while taking a towel off)

The breakfast was less than desired. Not my idea of a complementary offering. However, my room was comfortable for the most part. Good for the price, I guess. The best part was the location's proximity to my purpose in visiting Kansas City.

The hotel room was very outdated. It felt like I had gone back 30 years! The furnishings were old, but functional, the bathroom was fair at best--much in need of updates! The television worked well, but was much smaller to other hotels I have recently stayed.
