Economy Suites Springfield - Extended Stay

Took 45 minutes to check in (mind you, this was no one else in lobby) which made it close to 12 a.m. or later when we finally reached the room. It was very hot and muggy that evening, so first thing I attempted after walking in was to utilize the A/C unit in the room. To no avail, the unit would not power on, the front grate that protects the radiator had been removed, exposing the horrible mold covering the entirety of the unit. After attempting to switch on the A/C, the power to the whole room went out. I proceeded to call the front desk and was not getting the man who was working the front desk that night to answer. After three failed call attempts, he finally answers and responds to my power/A/C unit

Decent rooms, reasonably priced

The staff were wonderful very helpful and the laundry staff were wonderful aswell
