Motel 6-Springfield, MO - North

We didn't even stay and have not received our money back yet!!

The pictures of this place looks nothing like how it really looks. It's trashy looking. Parking lot needs fixed. We didn't see the rooms because when we got there and had booked a room at 7 in the morning and got there at 3, our room wasn't even ready. So we cancelled on June 28th and still haven't received our refund. I'm going to call every day until I do tho.

The bathrooms weren't clean and the Air-conditioning wasn't working properly

It was close to everything

We didn't stay. The room had a bad odor. We left and didn't come back. It didn't have a refrigerator or a microwave.

Homeless walking the streets, rough looking area

Rooms rin down, television has a blue hue, hard to watch. Manager was screaming and cursing on phone. Room wasnt clean an hour after check in.

It was to have 2 beds but only got one queen. No refrigerator, no microwave

Don't waste your time. Spend 20 extra dollars or so instead another hotel. This was the absolute worst bed I have ever slept in in my entire life. The air conditioning could not remove the humidity from the room in my floor was wet the entire stay. Dead roaches in the bathtub, vagrance wondering throughout the parking lot and drug activity. I didn't have to be awake until 4:00 a.m. I gave up trying to sleep at 1:00. Extremely dissatisfied with my stay. The reviews are real. This place needs to upgrade or close.

1st off, I made reservations 2 month in advance. I reserved a handicap room, as I'm in a chair. At check in they told me they didn't have a handicap room, and tried to put me on 2nd floor without an elevator, I'm setting there in my chair. Finally got a room on 1st floor but not handicap accessible. 2nd, on the way to the room there was a prostitute and dope head laying out on the sidewalk by a room, shooting up. 3rd the room was completely nasty. Sheets, mattresses, box springs, carpet, and walls were covered in stains. 4th the only chair in the room was wobbly and broken. 5th the only furniture in the room was under the TV and the headboard, no nightstands. These were both particle boards and was completely coming apart. There was particles from the headboard on the bed. Finally, my wife set on the side of the bed, when she did the bed made a loud pop, the middle of the bed popped up about 6 inches. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL. When I went to get a refund, it took them 5 days to release the money back to my credit card.
