If I was the owner of this property, I’d stop pocketing the profit and start putting it into the property… it was actually kind of gross

Customer service at check in was horrible. The woman was rude. We were in a room that appeared to be in the middle of renovations. Foam insulation around the ac that was just set into place… also around the light by the door. The light in the bathroom didn’t work and the vent was bent almost in half - damn near broken in half. No amenities (shampoo, etc) and it was me and my wife there but only towels for 1 person and those had to be reused even the next day! When we asked for more towels for the next day, we stayed 2 nights and were there due to a wedding so getting ready was not easy with not much lighting to take a shower, etc. there was a strong smell of pot everywhere, no problem, but a lot of people coming and going in the 2 rooms by us. A ton of homeless congregate there, I worried about our belongings and vehicle. I will never be able to stay there again! On the plus side…. Believe it or not… NO BED BUGS

I stayed in room 105. The air conditioner did not have an on off switch. One of the lamps did not have a lamp shade. I did tell the desk clerk about this when I checked out and he was very pleasant. I didn’t ask for a different room because I was tired and didn’t want to move. Also the room was supposed to be non smoking and it had a smoking oder in the room. They were very good about ensuring I had a ground floor room.

No microwave or refrigerator in rooms very disappointing

As I explained, heater not working properly, maintenance did bring in a small heater for bathroom. Sink area was all wet because of leaking ceiling which had been all patched up. Floor was also wet. Killed live roach crawling in bathroom. Went to take shower in the morning and water faucet handle frozen, could not turn on at all! Worst experience ever, will never go there again, EVER! ASKED for a refund but was refused. Gave us 25% off but would not refund the balance.

Would give 0 stars if I could. This is hands down the worst hotel I have ever stayed out. Upon getting into the room the first things noticed was that the over head light didn’t even work. From there we could see the giant crack in the door frame by the lock where it looks like the door had been previously kicked in. The bathroom was absolutely horrendous. The tub was so nasty I wouldn’t even give a rodent a bath in it. The bathroom door was falling apart and had a giant hole in it to what I assume someone had kicked. The bedding was absolutely filthy. The sheets and blanket were full of unknown stains and burn holes and the table was falling apart. When going to turn the ac down I noticed all the mold in the ac unit. This place honestly should be condemned and shut down with how bad it is. I’m very disappointed with this experience and would greatly appreciate a refund
