Economy Suites Springfield - Extended Stay

Over priced, roaches,no fridge or microwave in any or the rooms. I

Room was clean, bed was comfortable but room was very run down. Paint was peeling from the walls and the towel hangers were torn down, could see the holes were they used to be. The toilet didn’t flush right so we had to open the top to help the tank fill so it could flush. I wouldn’t stay here again.

No phone and people wandering around all hrs of the night

Disgusting!! Roaches. Staff were on drugs and trying to sell drugs.

This motel should be closed

I have to say this was the worst hotel ive ever stayed at. The room was filthy, the bedding was spotted and dirty, air conditioner had no cover or control knob, couldn't adjust it, also never cleaned filthy dirty, and tv had no signal. People living in the complex. My advice stay far away.

I found 3 cockroaches in my room, took them to the front desk to show proof of such and was told that i would be reimbursed, but have not received any compensation. Also upon entering

The first room -the TV did not work. Second room - I had to be shown the " trick" to unlocking the door! No coffee pot in the room, but was told, that there's coffee in the office in the morning. When I went to get a cup of coffee I was told that they didn't have coffee filters so no coffee available!
