Because of the double booked I didn't have enough funds to pay for the deposit there for I could not check on either night Location

I was not allowed to stay they said I double booked soi I wasn't allowed to stay either night got refunded for only one night and the clerk refused to help me with this problem I didn't double book anything and they kept my money for one night and rented the room to another party that Is not right these India people act like they are above the laws here.they are nasty smelly people that don't clean the rooms and tell you If you smoke in the room you will be charged $250.00 cleaning fee for a room that doesn't get cleaned anyway I will never stay there again and I hope this grief message causes

I specifically asked for a downstairs room as I was traveling with an elderly veteran. Indian girl gave us the third floor as far away from the elevators and stairs. No ice bucket, remote doesn't turn the tv on or off, you have to ask for them to come to your room and they'll bring the ACTUAL TV remote to program to dish remote. Such a pain for simple things that should already be available in each room!

Location was close to the airport

The towels were stained, not comfortable with showers there, but the bed was good.
