Well I was told by owner at motel I could get in at 1 to 12 no problem. When I got there the lady put me on 3rd floor. I told owner that I had a bad foot my bother in law had to do test at hospital next day. He glad me no problem wrong lucky they had a elevator. They charged me $ 20 more i have no idea for on top of room price. Well my wife went to break room to warm up her bother something to eat she ask if they had a microwave they should her one on inside it had holes burn in it and wasn't cleaned for months. Also door on bathroom Brooke knit was broke I called front desk she came up said they would send a man up to fix he never came up. I told her we had to have a bathroom never sent anyone there. I used a credit card to open it. I want my $ 20 back this was the worst motel I ever been in no customer service you couldn't understand a word the people said tell them I want my $ 20 back should get my motel price to I have pictures of microwave a lady used it warm something up she said it was poppy I told her I would eat anything out of it there alone more I can tell you about this if you ever book me into a shit hole like this I will never use you again I would have left but bother in law already took thing s to do a colinostapy ned morning
