Female staff was nice.

Coffee was not hot in the lobby The microwave in the vending area was very tiny with low wattage and needed to be cleaned more often. Newer towels. Some towels needed to be taken out of circulation...they were threadbare and super thin. The large trash bins were left out in the hall by the elevator and we're smelly. The elevator floor needed mopping more often, especially since it snowed. Large puddles of water are a falling hazardous.!

"worst stay in a red roof inn - EVER!!!!"

location was fine

only one toilet paper roll and it had been dropped in the toilet and was left hanging to dry out. I went out and purchased my own roll as the clerk was extremely busy and I needed to use restroom 1st room - 15 people in room next to me - no battery in smoke alarm - so constantly beeped - television did not work. took over 1 hour to get the clerk to move my room

The sheets felt decent and ac worked

LOTS of Flys in our room. Water didn’t work in the sink. Stained shower. Stained towels and bed sheets and pillow cases. The door lock was missing a screw and it wiggled a lot.
