"Feel I should be reimbursed for my last night there"

The location was good for me and I'm very familiar with the area.

The room didn't appear to have been cleaned. Floors were dirty, bedspread looked like someone had dumped an ashtray on top of it, and the bath towels were so badly stained that I was scared to use them. The staff seemed nice and easy to work with but the property definitely needs a lot of work and better housekeepers. The blow-dryer was broken, the ironing board was there but no iron, and the bathtub had what appeared to be bugs, hair, and hadn't appeared to of been cleaned in quite some time. I paid an extra 20$ for the "better king room," but feel I should be reimbursed for the entire night due to how unclean the room was when I was told it would be a better room?
