Never felt unsafe. The room was quiet, never heard anything, even the rain.. no one interacts with you. close to restaurants and gas stations

A week stay no offer to clean room. had to hunt down cleaners to get clean towels as they were not offered ever. A lot of homeless camps on property and behind a fence. The picnic area is often used by the homeless. A lot of car campers in parking lot at night. The parking lot gave you a contact high from the overwhelming smell of marijuana.

Front desk staff was very kind and helpful. The room however had trash under the bed, dirty towels in the bathroom and live roaches in the bathroom as well. There were what I am guessing are drug users were outside in and out of rooms asking my partner and and for things and a ride. Neither of us could understand what they were saying. We did not feel safe so we left.

I had booked a two night stay for me and my two daughters for my oldest child’s lacrosse tournament. The rooms did not match the pictures on the website at all. From the elevator to the rooms showed a lot of wear and tear and uncleanliness. Paint was chipped and falling of the door frames and door, there were stains on the bed and stains on the floor. There was what looked like blood or red juice on the lamp above my bed. We wouldn’t have stayed one night had I not gotten there at 8:30 and my children were tired. My youngest was scared to death to stay there. One bright spot the front desk was fantastic and tried to be as accommodating as possible. Lady there at night and the Manager in the morning both helped me out the best they could and refunded what they could. All that said best not to stay here if you can help it. Oh I forgot I went to take a shower in the morning and bugs crawled across the tub, That was it for me!

I chose this hotel because I was trying to save money and it had better pricing. The room was OK and not outright dirty, but they walkway and stairs to the room were filthy. The bed was comfortable and the staff was nice. There were no amenities. We didn’t even have a coffee pot in our room.

This place is disgusting, unsafe and should be evaluated by DEHEC, OSHA and the police.

Hotel room smelled like it had been smoked in and just covered up. Not the nicest areas and glad they had cameras on the parking lot. It was right next to the highway and plenty of options for food close by.
