"Love this place!! Best hotel in all of charlotte"

Always clean and well kept rooms. This is my 5th stay here and it feels like my charlotte home. Nvr seen a bug and nvr had an issue with the tv/lights. Truley a well maintained hotel. Im surprised its as cheap as it is tbh

The dude that i guess owns the place needs to find a better job that he will be happy at. Didnt truly give me a problem and was very professional but smile dude. Idk y he has such an additude but its off putting when checking in.

Clean room

It seems like the hotel extorts money from customers that extend stay. If you already have to pay A deposit (50.00) and you extend for a day or so ... they want you to pay A non refundable 20.00 so you don't have to check out and re check in @ 300 pm that day. To me that's disingenuous to customers that look to save money by renewing on line for cheaper rates then get blind sided by hidden fees ... unexpectedly. Chances are, I won't be back.

I never checked in they said they canceled reservation but I was still charged. Shady area shady dirty motel.

Even the outside was disgusting I cant imagine what the rooms looked like

"Ok, I think I rather pay 25.00 more for a better hotel with less noise."

The location was good and the HAVC unit keep the room comfortable.

The vibe was not the best. I heard people at all times during the night and that made it hard to sleep.
