Econo Lodge Charlotte Airport

The room was quiet and well to do. I slept like a baby.

The people smoking weed by my door. The tub had a greasy film.

Some of the basics, like the bed and towels, were okay. Staff was nice.

The shower did not work. One of the lights in my room did not work. The bathroom door could not be closed. The television was in poor quality (though to be fair, it seems like most places have that issue). The neighborhood was shady. Pretty sure several people were doing drugs on the other side of the facility. No complimentary breakfast though it was promised. Construction work was being done without any proper sectioning off of the grounds. Police showed up at least once right next door.

The location is great accessible to just about everything.

Well when it's Wintertime there should be blankets on the beds. It was like 2 sheets.

Very close to the airport, if you are planning to book at a last minute with affordable fare. There is a Waffle House next door with incredible food.

It could have been cleaner, found hair on the toilet seat, it smelled a lot like tobacco, so much so that it stuck on my clothes. One of the sheets had a hole in them from a cigarette and there was a chair not too clean looking.
