Econo Lodge Charlotte Airport

Close to the airport. Had to find accommodations after our flight was cancelled. It was convenient and cheap without being a dump and dangerous. The room was clean.

The bed was hard. There were no blankets or a comforter only two sheets. There was a Waffle House next that was take out only with a limited menu.

No water for bath. No coffee pot and bad neighborhood with a lot of people hanging around itch were sketchers. I was afraid. It was not one I would ever do again.

The comforter set. The lights were a little too bright. The bathroom needs remodeling. Hotel check out was rude.

first room was still dirty from last occupants, second room was in between people who apparently live there, loud, drinking, feces smeared on someone's car, very noisy

Air conditioner leak water and kept shutting off before it started leaking making me hot during the night .roaches running across floor ,plumbing noises refrigerator stopped working terrible

Upon arrival , the desk clerk very very rude. She didn’t smile. She told me her computers system was still on June the 12th until wouldn’t let her see June 13th. She wouldn’t check me in. She needs to be in another position. Customer service is everything . She failed & didn’t even attempt to be helpful. I lost $70. I will never recommend that hotel to anyone. I was a stranded passenger on a flight in Charlotte. I just wanted to go to bed. Shady characters hanging around the property. Please removed that establishment from your website.
