There was an elevator, everything worked as it should (shower: hot, good pressure; lights; room phone; door and locks; TV; outlets, etc) Staff were friendly

The facility was under construction and right outside my room had stilts like it was holding up the floor above. The water was being worked on so didn’t get to shower the first night. One room above me had a leak and water was pouring from above- but my room was fine!
