Motel 6-Charlotte, NC - Coliseum

It was convenient to access on our travel through the area

It needed some updating. If the curtains were open anyway passing the window had full view inside. The main light was on a timer and kept turning off which was a real problem

That it's always very clean and the staff at the front desk are amazing as well as the housekeeping. The rooms so clean I was able to sleep as if I was at home

There wasn't anything that I didn't like about motel 6 on 131 red roof drive.. And it's up the street from my house..

The day staff was very kind but not so much the night staff

The night staff was rude

quiet on back side of motel.

misunderstanding with staff member and lost 2 nights accommodations because they didn't seem to have understood that we were already staying there. We were trying to extend our stay for 2 more nights after the 2 nights we had already reserved. The staffer rented us another room consecutively, and once we caught it, they didn't refund our money.
