Heat unit was very loud, and didn't warm the room very well. Looked like they tried to update but whomever did the work, it was very poorly done.

When you do a good job, you deserve what you get and y'all did an excellent job.

I love the quality of service.

We love staying there. Location is great.

They had soap dispensers on the wall but no soap :( That’s the only thing I thought was odd

There was absolutely nothing i like about this property. There’s literally not one single thing I can say good about this hotel, or the staff.

1. Don’t allow cash payments what so ever, and will not let you tap pay to use apple cash for payment, nor will they enter it manually and accommodate guest for not being able to tap, even though my name on my I.D matches my card. 2. None of the vending machines work. They are all very old and out dated. The had about 5 items total and those items weren’t stocked. 3. The room was severely worn down and neglected. *visible markings on the wall, holes in base board at the base, had literal stink bug nest on the top of the board where the blinds hang, and all over the room staking claim of the ENTIRE space!, tub was FILTHY! hair, grime. Cigarette burns, soap skum in the corners. Floors visibly dirty. When i took a wet towel to run it over the floors to attempt to clean a little, the towel was permanent sharpie BLACK! Around the bottom of the toilet was caked with filth and dirt. Room reeked of cigarettes and the putrid smell was very very bad.* 4. Staff behaved very unprofessionally, did not try to accommodate me and my family at all and offered no solutions. When i went to formally file a complaint i was told to pack my stuff and leave the property within 10 minutes or the police would be called. The lady still called the police and banned me from the property which was 100% unecessary because i would never ever go to that property willingly ever again!
