"I had a problem with the television and the staff actually came right now to ky room to fix it."

"Highway robbery..."

The front desk staff were polite and helpful. I do enjoy the breakfast in the mornings as well.

There was urine on the walls in the bathroom, the toilet was filthy, the microwave was dirty, the tub had grime, the floors even after housekeeping came inside were dusty and unkept. The refrigerator kept shutting down and the HVAC system only worked on random settings.

"Robin and kay"

Robin and Kay were so lovely at check in. We got there very late and they were ready to get us a room expeditiously. Their demeanor was in stark contrast to the other hotels nearby where we were not greeted kindly.

"Amazing service"

I'm going to be honest literally the best thing about the Red roof inn by the Greensboro airport is that kay and dill are there working to help all the residents and short-term customers with any issue fathomable. It's been a very long time since I've had a customer service experience that actually merits a good review. Thanks Kay and Dill
