Tired old mattress. Flat pillows. Shampoo dispenser was empty elevator broke down trapping a women. The hotel felt run down

We didn’t love having to look at Fox News first thing in the morning or all the paper and plastic going into the trash. The USB plugs in our room were not working, there was a loud noise coming from the ceiling in the hang-up alcove in the room, and the bathroom mirror lighting was not great. We wouldn’t have mentioned all of this, but you asked.
