Beds were not very comfortable

The desk clerk on duty was not at her post. She finally showed up after about ten minutes. When I called the number posted on the counter for help, there was only a busy signal. She also was uncertain about how to handle some of the billing questions the customer ahead of me had.

Nice, clean,updated facility. Breakfast and snack bar both had great selection. The only thing i would change is to lower the shower heads,not all your guests are 7 ft tall.

It was fine, and comfortable. The amenities were pretty good, but I was surprised that there wasn't a coffee maker Or an iron in the room. Oddly, there were coffee packets and an ironing board in the room, but no way to use them. I was given at check-in, a GrubHub/Hampton Inn coupon for $10 off a delivered meal which did not offer me a promo code or or anything. $10 was NOT taken off, which was annoying. Why give your customers a coupon that is worthless? The staff was generally good, but seemed a little unwilling to “go that extra mile” for a customer. My room wasn't cleaned, which was okay, but I wish if you have a different policy for house-keeping (like some hotels only clean rooms every other day, etc.) I could have that info. Giving a detailed review because it kind of was the details that made my stay good but not great.
