Great staff at Lancaster. Very helpful maintenance technician. Very good breakfast selections.

Very poor television channel selections.

Very low toilet, shower chair in a room where the shower head doesn't detach doesn't make it accessible.

Room was clean but had a strong odor. Room freshener did not help.

Details like poor caulking around sink and tub give the feeling of poor workmanship which leads to overall feeling of how the hotel is maintained.

The bathroom floor was extremely dirty. When I asked the front desk clerk if someone could clean it she didn’t know who to contact stating she was new. I then just asked for extra towels and put them down on the floor. The bed and pillows were extremely uncomfortable. The toilet seat was broken and the shower/tub wasn’t draining correctly. So we basically stood in a pool of dirty water our entire shower. I don’t understand why this hotel had such great ratings. It’s old and very outdated but the cleanliness or lack thereof bothered me the most.
