Great location, friendly staff, fair cost.

I like location, bed was fine, room was spacious. David at front desk was nice but he cheated me $10. He didn't give it back to me and I never seen him the rest of my stay. Having a microwave and refrigerator was nice also.

The floor wasn't clean, had to walk around in my shoes. Noisy at night because homeless people were staying there. Had to clean the tub before using. And I was put on the 3rd floor, walking up and down the stairs was good exercise. But I have bad legs. First room was dirty and had an odor so was given room next to it and it also had a mild odor but I bought air freshener. I have stayed there before and had a cleaner, nicer room.

Internet was really slow, towels and washcloths were clean but badly stained, room was not dirty but dingy and deeds to be remodeled.

Overall, the room is decent. However, some rooms smoke like cigarette smoke.

It was a clean room, and worked well enough to stay at for a few nights. the elevator needs a bit of work but otherwise okay
