The value and location were ideal for the nature of the trip.

I do understand that smaller hotels don’t provide certain amenities. However, the fact that the room was lacking a microwave, a refrigerator, an iron and an ironing board was unsatisfactory. Also, the fact that the maintenance crew was power washing the stairwells at 8 o’clock in the morning as I was trying to depart was very unusual.

Holes in the wall, dresser drawers missing, room smelled like it had been smoked in with cigarettes, weed and incense was used to try to mask it. Didn’t feel safe leaving vehicle in parking lot.

Uncomfortable. Dirty room. When I arrived my room looked ransacked. I ended up in another room which wasn’t ready. I had to wait 20 mins. After a 10 hour drive I was exhausted. Both rooms smelled of urine. The room I ended up staying in, the carpets were extremely saturated with wet dirty substance. The room had no amenities.

Just dirty and unsafe

This place is a complete dump. Caters to the dregs of society despite its location Room had several things broken in it. Too many to list

The room was not clean the pillows was very flat the people was very rude to me

Lovely people, visitors and staff are very friendly.

Did not feel safe in this area. People outside our room hanging out on balcony at late hours of the night. Will never chose Red Roof accommodations again.
