I recently stayed at the Red Roof Conference Center in Chesapeake and had a great experience overall. I accidentally booked the wrong dates and ended up canceling my original reservation so I could rebook for an additional night. Even though they weren’t obligated to, the staff processed my refund, and I received it promptly. Their willingness to help and accommodate the situation was greatly appreciated. The rooms were fairly average, but they were clean, comfortable, and quiet, which made for a pleasant stay. The property also offers 24/7 customer service, which was reassuring and convenient. One of the best parts of the location is its proximity to Virginia Beach—it’s only about a 24-minute drive to the Oceanfront, making it an easy day trip. Overall, I had a positive experience and would stay here again.

"Place is terrible don’t waste your money"

Location was ok

Smell of weed was horrible, loud music all night, no hotel staff just a iPad to talk to someone somewhere else. Rooms looked like they have never been updated. This place is terrible!
